On Ordering
Once we have received your order and payment, we will process and despatch by the next working day at the latest (on all orders before 7pm GMT) by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post for larger parcels. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, you will be charged for full delivery and return costs.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide Crazibonkas with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are received by another party, Crazibonkas Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Delivery/Returns
Delivery is just £2.50 for all UK orders and FREE for all orders over £50. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel post for larger parcels. We will endeavour to post your order on the same day you place it, otherwise it will be posted the following day. Crazibonkas Ltd. cannot be held liable for delays due to Postal Strike disruption. Any unwanted items must be sent back within 7 working days at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept goods returned which have been used, un-packaged or damaged, [in some cases due to hygiene].

Received Goods
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are returned back at the customer's expense in perfect condition within 7 working days.
- We require a copy of your receipt.
- We suggest for your protection you use 1st class registered post.
- Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
- This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge.

Guarantee
We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge. Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.
